I am really upset with there timeline. When I asked to builder office they said you can move in on you risk? But while booking they told me that it will be complete possession. This is really smart move to avoid further unseen problem by builder & create for customer. I am literally screwed-up here.
Latest Answer: Seeing the current malpractices by the builders/developers, I suggest that you double check following documents in case you have already decided to move in:
1) Check Fire safety certificate, 2) Cross check structural safety certificate, 3) Ensure that builder has applied for water connection etc., 4) Ask for lift fitness certificate and maintenance agreement. To save money builder have not taken AMC yet, 5) Ask for no dues certificate for land/plot. If builder defaults on the payments, you shall not be able to get sub-lease done and, 6) Ensure state electricity connection is in place.

That's why i suggest all my buyer friends to read all the clause. Most of the clause mentioned in the agreement benefit for the builders not for the buyers. So, read all the clause carefully before registration.

Q:Hi, Though it's a bold statement to make but in One Liner- "River Residency CRM Team don't know how make Quality Possession or Delivery of Flats". CRM Team does not talk to you with responsibility. They states that- We will deliver upon completion of work with No End Date of Work Completion.CRM Department will delay work to an extent that Customer is forced to take Possession with Issues like- Pre-Possession Cleaning, Broken Tiles, Uncleaned Doors/ Windows, Water Seepage, etc. They keep on saying that we will fix the issues after Possession.
Latest Answer: Quality of work is not up to the mark. Even i have seen some small builders are providing good quality as compared to RR. Also in case of any concerns, corrective measures would not be of good quality, kind of temporary. Condominium people are arrogant.

1) Kithcen(change in architect of the sample flat) got totally changed then sample flat with no door in DRY BALCONY.Start considering it as STORE ROOM rather then Dry Balcony.
2)This is the first time in history where all WINDOW GRILL will be inside the home & SLIDING MS GRILL will be outside the IRON RODS..Will give good feeling of living in CAGE/ PRISON...:-) rather in a home.
3)If you opted for INDIAN STYLE TOILET in your home then welcome to DELIBERATELY bathroom & Unique in itself ....:-)
