How to get possession of apartment on a decided date?

Q: I had booked a flat in Bangalore 2 years back and the developer promised possession date as Feb 2011. It is Oct 2011 and still no possession of my flat. There had been many rounds of talks but still no result. The developer is not ready to answer any query now. What should I do? Please help me regarding this.

I would suggest make a group of all those people who are yet to get the possession of their apartments and send a legal notice to the developer mentioning all the names. You can take any legal help also. As you are the consumer, you can file a case in the consumer court against the builder.
