Ankshu and Now TGR do not have OC from BBMP for this project. further the deviation is more. there is only one bore well with less water. Work and feetings are of sub-standard type. Every project has an issue. the walls of the Villas are not allign to each other. One person will take money, one will monitor the project and one will come with you for registration. When you will face the issue, these three will point to go to each other one by one. So if you planned to paly "ringa-rainga-roses" this is the Builder. The behaviour after givning all the amount is very rude. People from this apartment are alwasy cursing the Builder that what he promised not given good. Not a trusted builder to work with
