Delay in possession.

Q: Recently we have bought a 2BHK flat in Anekal Jurisdiction, this is the first project of the builders. We have made the full payment and got the flat registered in our name, but the thing is that the construction is getting delayed for some or the other reason. Please advice if any action can be taken.

Have you just booked the flat after making the full payment or did the builder gave you the Conveyance deed that the flat has been registered in your name if not then kindly do a survey about the owner of the land in which the flat is coming up, what are the out going payments done by the builders and do the builder have the right over the land.
