I'm looking for a general opinion on "DSR Infra Pvt Ltd" from ppl who have invested in their other projects all around Bangalore. What's the construction quality like? Do they stick to schedule? Legal issues (if any)?
I would also like to know if anybody has solicited legal opinion on the land title, land-builder agreement, and other statutory documents pertaining to DSR Woodwinds. Eager to hear any/all opinions or info.
The project is spread over 3 Acre 2 guntas of land and there are a total of 256 units. The project offers 2, 3 bhk, 3 bhk duplex and 4 bhk apartments. It is a 2 basements + ground + 14 floors structure project.
Hi Shashank, I am also looking for an apartment and saw your post. I feel DSR Group is good as they are very renowned and are in this field for very long. They have many projects in Bangalore and Hyderabad. My only concern is the price. Please let me know if anyone come up with any feedback.
