Q: I am thinking of buying a 2 bhk flat in Paramount Pilatus, looking for reviews of Paramount Pilatus in Bannerghata road. Anyone who has booked or have been associated with the apartment please reply.

Hi iam planning for 2 BHK in paramount..please share me your experience with paramount in terms of title docuemnts, approaval etc.. if you have bought a flat allready..

Hi i booked one 2BHK in Paramount. Best thing about it is, its location. Prices are little high as compare to other projects in Begur road or off Bannegatta road but ultimately the location also matter. Possessions will start from Sep'12 onwards (promised by builder). Few 2BHK are available for sale.

Hi we are planning to buy a flat in paramount pilatus ...but could not find any reviews abt the project ..Owners plz share some details which would of great help

The project is approved by BBMP and BDA and for this project home loan is provided by HDFC bank and SBI bank. The seems to be a good one which provides 2 bhk and 3 bhk apartments and it is equipped with so many modern amenities.
