bitter experience with Ushodaya Developers, i had booked flat no.401 in Luxuria Project, now under litigation and is getting moved to Consumer court. for further details,
Have paid huge amount, moving to Consumer court .
Request you all to study the builder before investing your hard earned money

We bought a flat in Ushodaya Developers flag ship (they call it) project, Ushodaya S Square in Ramamurthy Nagar. These are some of the problems we are facing,
1. Constructed Pent houses un-authorizedly, lot of deviations to the originial plan
2. All the walls are coming with cracks, due to poor quality
3. Congested car parking place
4. Used poor quality wood for main door also
5. Collected so much money from all the buyers towards taxes, but not even a single bill is shown to buyers
6. Building contract is given to a person called Ratnakar Reddy, who is good at confusing / convincing / blaming others instead of resolving any issue
7. 1 year project, deviated 1 more year for delivery, still work is not fully completed.
8. Their sales person, Raja, gives all the promises, but will disappear once all the flats are sold in the apartment as he receives his commission.
9. Heard that water leakages are started in the top floors. Water blockage has started from 1st month onwa

Not good. Try for a premium builder, If you want an E class (not A class) builder experience, go ahead.

Hi, How is the quality of work? Can we trust the builder? I am planning for "Luxuria" & reading the review. Then I saw this-- http://www.mouthshut.com/product-reviews/Ushodaya-Construction-Bangalore-reviews-925077730
Doesn't really increase confidence. Still thinking to go for "Ushodaya Luxuria" or not? Any suggestion please?

Please share here so that it will be helpful for people like me. What is the cost per sqt I should accept in Ushodhaya S Square? your response will be really useful.

I have booked a 1225 sqft 2 BHK at Ushodaya S Square. They are genuine people and have completed and handed over many apartment projects in bangalore at places like whitefield, marathalli, they also have several ongoing projects in and around this area. U can reach me in case u have any query.

Ushodaya Developers is one of the reputed builders in Bangalore, Ushodaya S Square is the ongoing project of Ushodaya Developers with area ranging from 1165 to 1600 sqft. The price of the property starts from Rs 33.77 Lakhs onwards. The project will be completed by June 2013.
