Latest Answer: Hi I visited the flat today, i am thinking of buying a flat here. But the main problem is that he is telling that the bulider will not take OC the association that s formed will have to pay some extra money and take he OC, is this Possible. Also he told there are no deviations in the project. He is quoting lesser rate than the market price. Can anyone tell me if we can obtain OC in this manner and is the project Legit.
