Q: Hi all ,Let me know if anybody has bought a plot in Confident atria sarjapur ,i am keen to buy a plot there.Need your suggestion/help.

and let me know if anybody is ready for construct a house there, i am basically looking for residence purpose not not investment,as i saw the area has already developed by many apartment and villa's maybe infosys is drop but GE ,Gopalan Mall are on the way..

The Confident Atria is a gated community with almost all the amenities which pleases the people. The amenities such as Tennis, Basket Ball, Squash, Swimming, Indoor Shuttle, Table Tennis, Skating Rink and Jogging Tracks and much more.

Hey Swati, Confident Atria Bangalore is a modern residential property which is situated at Main NH 207 road leading to Sarjapur in Bangalore. It is one of the projects of Confident Group. One of my colleague's has bought a plot in this project.
