Dumping of sewage water at Lake close to Tulip

Q: It is said that Doddakere lake, which is next to Signature Tulip, is
getting filled by diverting sewage water from Yelemallappa Shetty tank
near KR Puram.

Will not it cause bad smell and water contamination in this area?

This said "Doddakere" lake is some 25km away from Tulips site.. The lake near Tulips is called "Hoskote Lake" which is a huge un-polluted lake.

It seems water gets purified naturally in 8kms travel and become portable.

What is the reason BBMP is not taking any action regarding this situation?

I fully agree with you Ravi, It will not only contaminate the water and cause bad smell even this may cause health hazard for the people living in and around Bidarahalli area.
