DSR Ultima: Harlur road, Off Sarjapur road.

Q: Hi,
Has anyone recently booked or looking for booking DSR Ultima ? I heard there is a cement factory nearby. Any concerns ?

What is the per sq feet that you paid ? How is the construction quality ?

Any info would help.

Hi Bhavya, did you buy flat or not? Is there any flat available for purchasing in DSR Ultima? Any valuable feedback will be appreciated.

Hi Arjun. WE did not buy the flat in DSR Ultima due to the cement factory and narrow road. Once Purva skywood & others are occupied , the road will be too congested we felt. Hope this helps.

Is the factory close to the apartment or away from it.. If it is nearby then dust from cement factory will be annoying and harmful.. Good if it is located at a distance..

Other apartment projects in the vicinity include Sobha Cinnamon and Purva Skywood so you will find good appreciation in this area.

DSR Ultima is a new apartment project by DSR Infrastructure on Haralur Road, Off Sarjapur Road. The project consists of 166 apartments. I do not think the cement factory will create any problem.

The project offers 2bhk and 3bhk apartments and the price falls in the bracket of Rs 50lakhs to Rs 73lakhs.
