Q: The commute is pathetic on harlur road specifically during office hours and this is the only reason i am unable to make a decision. Please suggest if Rs 4600 psft is good price

I kindly request you to let me know the following: - Whether DSR is a good builder and if anyone knows of the construction quality in DSR Ultima. - Land owner is selling the share of left over apartments at UDS and Construction cost per sqft is 4600 whereas all inclusive cost with Service tax and VAT turns out to 5300 psft - land owner is offering to reduce couple of lakhs if ipay some amount in cash i.e. black which goes un-accounted. I heard even big builders like Presitige, Gopalan do so . What are the cons of such approach? - The traffic congestion is big constraint in this area. Any idea if the roads would be widened in future. Overall recommendation to go for DSR Ultima

Q: What are the pros and cons of DSR Ultima. I saw a lot on\f cracks in one of their project DSR Rainbow Heights in HSR.

How about Samskruti Hoysala. I liked the concept. Did any one book an apartment here

What is the per sq feet that you paid ? How is the construction quality ?

Which are the banks giving loans for this?

Beside is there any plan of widening of Harlur Road ?? As of now the Road seems pretty inadequate.
What are the prospects of getting good rent in that area from the investment ?
Latest Answer: I just visited this site and the guy there said the cement factor has stopped operations. Not sure if this is true or not. Some of the apartments are badly ventilated. The current price he is quoting is 3900/Sqft.
