Hello Every one i stayed in this apartment for 7 months i had very bad experience. They dont provide basic facilities also. Lift will not work This building is depending on water tankers bore wells got dried every day we faced chronic water problem. In rainy seasons water will flow on steps - scary to walk on steps and god should save kids and aged people. hardly we will get water and we loose that water by rusted pipes leakage. Black mailing owners when we ask for basic facilities they will not respond when ever we call them. While vacating they will deduct money for no reason else they will black mail using advance amount, I was also, one of the victim for this and lost money. They fill the flats through brokers when you ask for any basic facility they will respond that already this was communicated through broker and you have to repair yourselves. I faced all these issues so please be careful while choosing the flat in this apartment
There is water problem in Bangalore, yes agreed but in which city of India doesn't has this problem? But SV Residency is one of them where though you pay for water association makes money out of it, it is really strange that the association meetings will happens with only Owners of the flat, they don't include tenents. So tents have to suffer. Please ever think of taking a flat on rent in this apartment. Lot of issues Lot of issues
