Will they give the original of NOC during agreement signing?

Q: I booked a flat.. and this downlines... is this true..and will they give the original of NOC during agreement signing?
BUYER BEWARE- don't get blown away with the beautiful model apartments and prestige's reputation.The clients who come to book their dream, Bella vista apartments are not informed of a stupendous mortgage existing against the very same plot on which Bella vista is to be completed by 2015- an 80 Crore mortgage .. Ask for the original of their latest encumbrance certificate- and verify with a competent lawyer. What's more- they not only conceal the information about the mortgage,but also refuse to produce a legal N.O.C. from the Lender, to the client, during agreement signing-which is the legal right of the client.

i never knew this.. is it true? how do we verify the existence of this mortgage?

I never though had heard bad of Prestige group. When buyer asks for legal docs, builder is supposed to show it right? How can they say no?

I booked a flat there. The buyer Beware is message from some forum . So I am asking is it true. I am going to sign agreement on coming wednesday..so any experience could be share here ..
