Is this property litigated?

Q: Is this property litigated? As per developer most of the sites are sold out. Price quoted ranges from 2500 to 3500 based on facing. Is this reasonable? Banks seem to have approved the project. Could one go about buying this property? I need early reply as my investment decision on this property is pending.

no approvals from BDA and BBMP. wait 10 years for regularising by Akrama-Sakrama. Litigation is another problem. risky investment

It is said that the project has gpot approvals from BBMP, BESCOM, BWSSB.. It has received A Khata too..
