Hi Kunal, there are 1200 sqft plots available for sale in Origin Harmony Grooves and the price ranges from Rs 33 lakhs to Rs 42 lakhs. I do not think there is any issue in this project but it is better to cross check all the documents with the help of a legal expert.

Thanks Shiva. Btw any idea about wind flower plotted layout within origin harmony layout. Marketing folks from the wind flower layout say that there was a wrong suit filed against owners which happened to be case of mistaken ownership whereas it was a lease, and it has been disposed. The papers looked good as far as I can tell but will definitely take legal advise.
