Hi, I just bought a 3 BHK(1437 Sq. ft) flat in A3 tower on resale in Tulip Orange. I am told that the possession shall be given in June 13. Hoever, the approach road is not done yet, so connectivity to the apartments from Sohna Road is going to be a problem, specially during rainy season.

Visited tulip orange yesterday..back side road is complete..it is less than a km from main road (not SPR)..Front 3 towers are ready..possession any time soon..remaining towers are being worked upon 5 months or less..

Has anyone paid the 100% amount or is it sill 90% or so..Thanks..Checking on stamp duty, power and other charges in case any one has paid them..Thanks

i also visited the site and found that front tower almost all the work completed and only lift work was in progress.As per tulip they will provide the possession in March ,12.
My only worry about the completion of the sector roads and SPR road .Anyone have any idea about that .

I visited site yeaterday and notices final touch ups are done for B6 tower and labor has moved to B7.

No.. I am a resident of Prestige apartments in Bangalore.. In our apartment, all have joined commonfloor group and so our communication has become far easy and quick.. And our association too has been using AMS and through that we are getting maintenance bills, notifications everything.. Thats why I referred it to you.. If you are interested you can use and it is all free..
