Gated community residential plot under Rs 500 sqft?

Q: Has anyone purchased a safe gated community residential plot anywhere in Bangalore for less than Rs 500 sqft? I see a lot of projects but the builders seem to be fake.

Hi Have you invested in eco vista or some other property at rate of 500/sqft. I am interested but not sure about projects. Can you please provide some information about good builders and their projects

Rajesh, are you looking to buy a plot in Bangalore? May be in the city outskirts in far away areas, you may find at that rate.. in the city it is not available..
