Kudos, Good to know that you are planning to invest in Jaipur for residential purpose than i will suggest you only one area Sikar Road there are 2,3 township Sun City, Balaji City 2nd, Manglam Vihar. all township are JDA approved and well developed and well maintained.
If you have any plan to come here than visit sun city surely your mind will change.

Latest Answer: The main reason is...the place thiruporur has become new taluk...so kelambakkam-thiruporur can be a next tambaram in 3 to 4 yrs down the line...Hiranadhini proposed a big project near our layout is one of the reason....after all, government has proposed kelambakkam depot on the way to our layout......and so kelambakkam junction has become main hub for ECR and GST Road Access.......all these factors play equally for the appreciation of the property......
