Q: Hi myself Sarang Shah,I am planning to book a flat in Jaycee Bhagtani Riyo. But I am not sure how this scheme is been planned? when will be the possession? when shall the builder receive the CC for construction?I have done inquiry regarding possession and i m receiving different dates some say 2015 some say 2017.Can anybody help me in explaining how good is this property ??/ is it worth to invest in this project.

Hi Habeeb, Before buying a flat you should look for documents like completion certificate, occupancy certificate, past records of the builder, NOC etc.

Thanks Mohan for providing the valuable information. But during my recent visit to MCHI the price quoted by builder were less than what u are specifying..Are this the revised rates??? The price quotes available on different sites by the brokers for this property are between 25-27 lkh. for 1bhk @ 4400psf. Anyhow my concern is investing 30-50% booking amount is a huge risk for me. And from no source i have the information whether this project is going to launch or not/when it will launch.(for security purpose) because in recent talk with the builder they have stopped the booking. Do we have any security for our Money? I really thank you for providing the information.
Do not rely on anyone as the possession date of this project is still not declared and also this is a good investment as it is located away from the bustling city. I heard that there are also array of amenities in close proximity.
