I booked the flat in Bhagtani Riyo in 2013. I have given my hard earned money of around 11 Lakh to Bhagtani builder as 30% of downpayment. But even after 4 years of booking nothing happened. It was agreed that if they do not obtain the requisite clearances for the land title and/ or intimation of the disapproval from the period of 12 (Twelve) months from the date hereof, plus a grace period of 6 months, then in such event, then they will refund the amount till paid by me together with interest thereon calculated at the rate pf 15% p.a. from the date of payment.

Both the phases of this project are stuck for 5 years now. The buyers and investors are feeling helpless as there is not a movement in the status. The project has been in pre-launch status for years now. This is so typical of Bhagtani's projects. Hence it is important for people to go through developers track record and then only decide on buying. Hi, There is no progress on site in Jaycee Bhagtani Rio Phase-1, Whenever we ask for status they gave me a date which is 6 months later. Think of taking out the money and invest in some other projects where we can get real profit and our money will be in safe hand.
I am agree with you Swati.... No one knows when will e get our flat possession and the Bhagtani's don't want to clear what is the actual reason behind the delay. I will say that they are simply enjoying our hard earned money. They have protected themselves with our hard earned money by investing in their other projects with the planed terms and conditions. I just want to know how many from you have opted for the refund and how many switched to other projects?
