I’m living on rent at sarjapur road. Water is a universal problem and traffic, one can manage if he leaves to office quite early. I believe Sarjapur Road is a great area to invest. Moreover, it is good place to live for the people who are working in whitefield and ORR as Sarjaur is very well connected and a central place. It takes half an our for some one to reach electronic city and kormangala from sarjapur road. moreover, many good schools like DPS, SRI, Asia Pacific, Krupanidhi busines school, St Peters,St francis, Ravishankar vidya mandir, Green wood, Inventure academy, Zee school etc are located on sarjapur road area.
Wipro corporate office is very close to sarjapur road, due to these IT companies coming up kaikondanahalli has seen rapid change in the recent days with lot of banks, good restaurants, shopping places sports Academies etc.
Hum.. I do not see any bright future. East Bangalore is suffering a huge water crunch as there is no kavery water left in this area and heavy traffic jams in the peak hours at Wipro, Hosa road, railway gate junctions makes life more difficult. The cost of property is already very high it is difficult to find a 3 bhk by a reputed builder which is close to completion and is below one carore.
