Hi, SBI home loan... for RR 2 BHK flat (Phase I)

Q: I have booked the 2 BHK in River Residency. I was thinking of SBI for Home loan. but after discussing with RR Sales person i came to know that SBI will not approve your home loan within time frame. Is there any one who opted for SBI Home loan.

If there is no issue you can take home loan from other banks if they are giving loans for this project.

Why SBI will bot approve home loan for this project? Is the project approved one?
