The age of the construction is less then 5 years. The resale value depends on how many bedroom flatt are you looking for.

Hi Mahim, I am also interested in this project.. I am actually planning to invest in some good project in this region.. I guess since the project is in Sarjapur Outer Ring Road, there is good chances of appreciation. Recently it was announced that Wipro new campus will be developed in Sarjapur road, which is another indication of fast growth in the region.. what do you say?
