Can we expect reduction in property rates in near future?

Q: Hi.. I was planning to buy my second home. I feel that the rates are too high currently. So I am waiting for prices to reduce. Please guide me if there are chances of reduction in house rates in 2013 or so..

Hey Anish, I don't think prices will decrease soon.. always the prices are rising and very rarely it comes down..
