Latest Answer: I think if you own a house it will benefit you more. though the maintenance cost will be higher but it will also give you better returns and also you get more area at lesser price too.

Q: Hi.. I was planning to buy my second home. I feel that the rates are too high currently. So I am waiting for prices to reduce. Please guide me if there are chances of reduction in house rates in 2013 or so..
