The construction quality is decent and they usually deliver on time. A delay of a couple of months is usually anticipated from every builder (5-6 months grace time is the norm in the industry) as there could be a lot of issues when it comes to big constructions.

Hi Neha! Whitefield in itself is excellent for investment. Sanvi is decently priced and comparatively less when compared to other projects. I am thinking of booking one in Phase II – working out the details for that. I would suggest that you go for a site visit, check with the banks for loans and then decide. Good Luck!

I have booked a flat in Sanvi Phase II and Ive had a good experience with them so far. Booked 2 months back and I would recommend this to anyone for they are the lowest priced project in the area with such amenities.
