i asked him to take me on site visit again he asked me to wait 5 minute. Even after one hour i called him multiple times but
he was not picking calls, however i went alone and checked few flats, the design is really worst.

Latest Answer: Sanvi figures on my list as well. Decent locality, cheap pricing and Phase I is already completed these I like about the project. The reviews seem favourable so far. Will go down there and then decide for myself.
Latest Answer: The construction quality is decent and they usually deliver on time. A delay of a couple of months is usually anticipated from every builder (5-6 months grace time is the norm in the industry) as there could be a lot of issues when it comes to big constructions.
