Phase I has been handed over completely and Phase II is going on. Go for a site visit, choose the apartment you like and go for a bank loan. The legal stuff is in order here I guess as most banks are giving loans; if you like the area and the construction, book an apartment here. Whitefield is witnessing a lot of development and Sanvi seems affordably priced.
@Sachin, the possession date for Sanvi Phase II is Decemeber 2016. I think if we invest now, we can get it at cheaper rates as compared to when we invest towards the completion of the project.
Sachin , the Price on going is about 3500 , their is talks of increasing the Price as 3500 was quoted during the Launch and 3300 at prelaunch. The Prices have remained much stable. But u can negotiate very well on the Price. I purchased in Mar 2015, since then to the best of my knowledge Price has remained same till now, it might be increased to 3700 or may be max 3850 but again neagotiable. The earlier u take ist better that u get good appartments. Good time ahead !
First of all, Whitefield is an excellent choice and Sanvi is pretty decent IMO. Phase I has been completed and the builder has a variety of other projects in the city. Since Phase I is already completed and banks are giving loans, there isnt much to worry about. The reviews seem ok to me so far about Sanvi.
Hi, Anyone got OC for sanvi phase 1. I am planning to buy one flat on phase 2 but also heard that 15-20 % deviation is there, so any change of getting OC for phase 2
I am planning to buy a property in Whitefield. I have short listed few projects in this locality and Sowparnika Sanvi is one of them. Can anyone help me with some feed backs about the project?
The project is spread over 2 acres and 13 guntas of land. The project is having a total of 216 apartments. It has got approval from BBMP and all the leading banks like PNB, HFL, HDFC, AXIS, LIC & SBI. The project seems to be good and before booking check all the necessary documents.
