@Neha, The current residential property price in the locality is 3915/sq-ft whereas in Urban Greens it is 4100/sq-ft. Seeing the difference in the price i would suggest that the price around3900- 4000/sq-ft would be a great investment and will give you a huge profit in the coming year.
@kautsav, The value will only appreciate when the Rajarhat Main Road will repair. Rajarhat Municipality had got huge money from JNNURM, but all depends on how they utilized. Also don't know whether price they are quoting is reasonable or not..
Can try out other options like teenkanya, hiland willows which fall in proper AA-II of Hidco Newtown patch, Urban Greens is outside Hidco alloted areas, also the upcoming metro station infront of Eco-Tourism Park is just 5 mins from those above mentioned project, these projects are ready also. Hello..the per sq ft price at Urban greens between Rs.3700 to Rs 3800. I believe that Rajarhat is a very prominent area of Kolkata.Prices may rise in future.
