How to manage waste disposal for high rised residential building?

Q: It is very important to keep the home / family clean. Normally in high rised residential building, under every kitchen cabinets have waste disposal chute. So that, easily can dispose waste, it directly deposit to ground floor to collect everyday by BBMP/concern department. Atleast every floor should provide one waste disposal chute. I can't able to see in Sunworth's broucher / typical floor plan, please clarify.

Fine! I already booked a flat in Block-6. In previous I stayed in Singapore and enjoyed a lot of comfortable in high rise buildings. There is waste disposal chute installed in every floor near lift lobby. I hope that this is a good project in Bangalore. If possible, bicycle track and solar electricity (like Wonderla) also be provided with buyers' contribution.

Hello Tanuja, As per my knowledge, disposal chute will be there only in apartments in UK,Us or Australia. In Bangalore the apartment association but two separated bins and the residents themselves segregate the wastes. You can read this article about Waste management in your apartment: A mini guide
