How many row houses are there in this project? Which all banks are providing home loan for this project?

MJR Gulmohar Avenue is having 41 Triplex Row Houses and banks like HDFC Bank , Axis Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, Punjab National Bank and ICICI Bank have approved the project

I think by this time you would have already know what MJR builders are and how they cheat people. But if not then i'll list down the points how they cheat people.
- Apartment deliverable delayed by 8 months and still counting
- They promise something while booking of apartment and deliver something worse at last.
- Quality of construction is very bad, becoz they start late so to catch up the time frame they will construct quickly and hence quality will be worse. We have n number of examples in our owners community to prove this.
- Lot of deviations in plan so won't get OC and CC from BBMP and other authorities.
- Frequent changes in Project management team and issues are never address.
- And list continues on and on. For actual data you can communicate with any Platina Owners group to get more feedback on MJR.

But there are some good points about the project Mr. Venu. Like Good floor plan, Competitive pricing, Reasonably good layout plan, Nice location.

Hi , I had seen this project the biggest problem is the high tension electric line running in centre of the project , and to me it’s not that great location either. There are much superior project at proper whitefield , AECS layout , Marathalli junction ,like Habitat crest whitefield, Nakshatra villas AECS Layout, and Vasvani Palm

Hi Ramesh, the project is good in planning, Terrace should not be charged many simillar project with better location are not charging terrace, no body can build house without terrace , then why charge terrace , the bigger issue with mjr gulmohar is the High tenstion electrical line in between the project its dangerous, staying around HT lines due to Radiation, my suggestion is look around for better projects

The project is located at Kadugodi. Centrally located off Whitefield Main Road
Whitefields Railway Station: 0.05 km.
ITPL: 4 km.
Sathya Sai Hospital: 5 km.
Hoodi Circle: 3 km.
Phoneix Mall: 4 km.
Forum Value Mall: 3 km. Since all the landmarks are in the vicinity, it is a must invest in project I feel.
