Sanvi figures on my list as well. Decent locality, cheap pricing and Phase I is already completed these I like about the project. The reviews seem favourable so far. Will go down there and then decide for myself.

I have booked a flat in Phase II. The builder has a lot of projects in the city Skanda, Ananda, Purple Rose and Swastika. I visited Purple Rose and Swastika but I went for Sanvi as it is nearer to ITPL.

Thanks for the inputs Vijay! I am considering buying a flat in Sanvi Phase II, the documents seem ok and the price is decent too. Was looking for details about other projects from this builder. And congrats on your booking a flat! I too am considering this because of the proximity to ITPL.

Going through all reviews, seems fairly decent to me. I guess I should go down for the site visit and get the legal opinion and then decide. If bank loans are already there, that shouldn’t be a problem though. Could someone share details of project approvals from banks?

Hi Karura, The project has got approval from banks like HDFC , Axis, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, State Bank of India, Indiabulls, DHFL and ICICI Bank. It has also got approval from BBMP

Hi Gurmeet! Most HFLs and banks such as HDFC and Axis are giving loans for this project. BBMP approval is also there. I would suggest that you approach a bank, get the legal opinion and then proceed.

Hi Karuna! You could approach any of the banks or HFLs mentioned for a loan. The very first step is legal clearance; once you do that, you won’t have any difficulties. If a project has A Khatha, clear titles and bank approvals for loans or loans that are already processed, things get much easier and the buyers can go ahead confidently. With Sanvi, that is the case I guess looking at the reviews and given that Phase I is already handed over and Phase II has quite a few bookings already.

Interesting thread! Whitefield has indeed found a lot of takers in recent times and this project is pretty close to Forum Value Mall which is good. There are a lot of amenities nearby and Cauvery connection too is coming to Whitefield. Worth buying IMO. Am considering making a down payment in Sanvi Phase II.
