Hi..i don' t think so there are flats left for sale in Sankalpa IV. If yes please let me know too. I also searched alot and now i am looking for an another apartment in the same area.

Hi Purnendu..Sankalpa IV is an ongoing project of its builder.Project is known to be approved by hidco, KMDA. You can also get home loan from almost all reputed banks. This phase only offers 3 bhk apartments of size between 1008 sq.ft to 1045 sq.ft
