Hi,I am planning to book flat in sai poorna luxuria.

Q: I have few concerns. Like Sai Poorna builder does not make a kitchen, we have to build kitchen ourselves. Utility is within the flat itself i.e. not open space.Please let me know if there are any other drawbacks apart from this.Thanks

Hi...I am also interested in this property but could get the smell of garbage dump. I was not sure whether it is something temporary or it will be there. Bcoz if BBMP is throwing this dump, then i think it would not be a great idea to buy property in this area . Though not sure bcoz price seems attractive. Pls suggest.

Just In a negotiating mode to buy a flat, the price seems attractive though I see a draw back of this garbage dump very close to this property by BBMP and I could get the smell allaround what is your take on this?

Hello Sandeep,

I am also planning to book one 2 BHK flat in Sai Poorna Luxuria.
I also found Kitchen part as one of the concern. Along with that, I found that the Toilet Pipes of above flat will pass through our bathroom, though it is covered by false ceiling, but still It gives a weird feel.
Other then that I found every thing nice in flat, specially material used in flat.

Please let me know if you have already booked the flat. We can discuss over phone also to share our concerns.

Srinivasa Developers is one of the reputed builder in the real estate sector and I have not heard any drawbacks about this builder.Sai Poorna Luxuria offers 2 / 3 BHK residential apartments & penthouses in Bangalore.
