Q:I am planning to buy a flat in Sai poorna premier any feedback or suggestion will be great help. I have heard some negative about the build regarding not keeping the promises e.g. amenities and other stuffs. Please share your experiences it will help me to take decision.
Q:I have few concerns. Like Sai Poorna builder does not make a kitchen, we have to build kitchen ourselves. Utility is within the flat itself i.e. not open space.Please let me know if there are any other drawbacks apart from this.Thanks
