Mr. Nakul , i doubt you know anything about sai poorna. The builder is not at all professional. I am sure anybody with any previous experience with this builder can say anything positive about them. High end was delayed by 30 months. Priemere was supposed to be provided last december and till date they are not giving any positive indication that they can provide possession by march 15. Luxuria may take another year or more. They will all talk very well till they get money from you .Once they get money they are very rude and do not listen at all.
Please do not buy any flats from this developer. They have never managed to finish their projects on time. Premium was suppose to be completed by Dec last year but the work is still ongoing. Model flat itself has many cracks on the wall. If u have time, visit Luxuria and see the quality of the brick laying, I guess local developers do a better job than that. sliding Window and door frames are made from local quality aluminium frames. Nowadays even local developers provide good quality upvc frames . Overall, i am not happy with the choice i made.
