Almost all top developers have projects at various stages of completion in the area. These include the Brigade Group, Nester Projects, Sterling, SK Builders and Nandi Constructions to name a few.

Previously there was water shortage problem in this area but now precaution has been taken. Moreover, the micromarket also has two lakes – Varthur and Bellandur in the vicinity, which make good catchment areas for water. Hence, the underground water table is maintained at a healthy depth

Mahadevapura which is located near the commercial hubs Whitefield and Brookfield has witnessed 20 percent capital appreciation during the October-December’12 quarter. Sunny Dew, Heritage Plaza, Durga Rainbow and Nishant Pride are some of the projects that are coming up in Mahadevpura area.

It is a very good place for having a residential property becuase of the proximity to Whitefiled, Marathalli and Krishnarajapuram. So I think it will be fruitful, if you are planning to invest in this area.

Because of Whitefield, Mahadevapura is gaining development, the area has a good scope for further develop in terms of infrastructure as well as real estate. Moreover, the Outer Ring Road that cuts through Mahadevapura has a very favorable connectivity prospect, which connects it to other parts of Bangalore such as Sarjapur, Koramangala, Marathahalli, Hebbal and Henur among others

Mahadevapura a small town in Bangalore, near the commercial hubs Whitefield and Brookfield The average property value ranging between Rs 4,500 to Rs 5,000 per sq ft. Mainly IT professionals are buying properties in this area, as the area is to their work place in Whitefield, Brookfield, ITPL and Indira Nagar.
