I had purchased a 3 BHK of 1750 sq ft in paras dew, Sector 106, Gurgaon from 1st owner @Rs 5250. I have original agreement sale on Rs 100 stamp paper, original allotment letter issued by Paras to 1st owner , photocopy of original chq being paid by first owner to Paras, details & proof of payment paid be me to the first owner, All the ID proofs. This deal was being made through agent of Sixty home (sister company of Aryarth capital enterprises ltd). I was of the impression that the unit has transferred in my name as promised by agent. But when the letter of 2nd instalment did not come than i contact Paras to check the name of the person. Still the 1st owner name is appering in their record. Now please advice can i get unit tranferred on my name on the basis of above documents mentioned? And what action can i take against that agent?

i believe you have purchased this is pre launch...and so all the papers are being delivered to original allotee...first the minimum transfer amount has to be paid to developer to get this transffered on your name
