Just be informed that builder will construct the tower to collect 95% of the money at the earliest or latest within 2 years but give you possession after three years totalling to five years the day you actually get possession of if you are lucky, and as of the appreciation is concerned i have my doubts given the likely supply of flats in coming years and it is generally a hype created by builders, remember they are speciallists in managing such rumours.

I am also interested in this project. So I spoke with the builder . I came to know the project spreads across 14 acres having 6 high rise towers. 2 BHK towers consist of 7 floors and 3/4 BHK towers consist of 23 floors. Expected Possession will be 2015 December.

Heya , Paras Dew is located near to IFFCO Chowk. It is just 25 min from IFFCO Chowk. Secondly HUDA Metro Station is already there there to help out with the metro connectivity ... One more proposed metro is coming up soon.

According to my knowledge, they are offering 2-3-4 luxury bhks with 1385 -2275 sq ft area. They are quoting Rs 7000 per sq ft now. Launching price was bit low, hence appreciation has already taken place !!
