pls do not buy an apt here!

Q: loads of problems in this building. first and foremost, the owners association like to harass and trouble the residents, absolutely no peace of mind. they are always creating a scene. i regret taking an apt here. next thing, cheap building materials, cheaply finished walls, tiles, water pipes, no ventilation at all. one of the worst designed buildings iv seen. i advice not to buy an apt here at all

Hey Prasad, Thanks for the information about the builder. Even I read in some of the websites customers complaining about the builder like delay in possession, bad quality of construction etc.
