Have anybody made any modifications to your flats in Mantri premero? Has Mantri made those changes or avoided them?

Q: Hi, My name is Vikram Rao and recently made a purchase of flat in the Mantri Premero property in Bangalore. All went well until the initial booking/ payments were made but finally when it came to a few minor modifications that were required all communications from the Mantri Premero Bangalore office have stopped. I expected a better response and communication from a builder as reputed as Mantri. Has anyone else faced such issues also?

Mr.Vikram, I am planning to book a flat in Mantri Premero. But after hearing few small issues, im doubting whether this is worth investing or not.. as u r a buyer of this project, will u pls suggest me what decision to take in this regard.. also let me know the details of availability and cost structure.

I had heard of few similar issues from buyers of Mantri projects. No wonder every builder has some or the other issues.. May be the construction is stopped thats why they are not able to provide you any updates..
