Q: How is the project and what are the investment plus points?

The project is having three phases and five towers. Is the whole project getting completed by 2016 and what is the current rate going on ?

Phase I ( Tower B) will get completed by 2015 June and the rate going on is Rs 4200

Phase II ( Tower c) will get completed by 2015 December and the rate going on is Rs 4000

Phase II ( Tower D&E) is in pre launch and expected possession is by 2016 December. The current rate going on is Rs 3800

Tower A will have exclusive 3 bhk apartments and the possession is expected by June 2017.

How is the connectivity from Yelahanka to other parts of the city? How is the real estate market, please brief me?

Bangalore International Airport is just 20 kms. The National Highway 7 which passes via the neighborhood and easy accessibility to major industrial hubs such as Doddaballapur, Peenya, Jalahalli and Jakkur as further added to the essence of the region. The closest railway station is Yelahanka Railway Junction, located at a distance of 8km. Yelahanka makes travelling a cakewalk for commuters.

The area has seen phenomenal growth in the last few years and is the chosen place to live as well as invest in North Bangalore. Most of the reputed builders like NCC, Prestige, Sobha, Purva, Shriram having presence.

Can anyone provide me details like number of towers, flats, possession and approvals?

The project is having 3 towers with G+12 floors. Phase I will have 312 flats and Phase II will have 310 flats. The project is known to be approved by BDA and the possession is by March 2015.

That can be a concern but there are many projects coming up in that area like Prestige royal Garden and Shriram Suhaana and the response of these projects are very good

The rail track is around 200 feet away from C block. But I feel the project is closer to city and Bangalore North is a prime location

The current price per sqft is Rs 3600 which is fixed as they are not ready for any kinda negotiation.
