According to me, the Group has handled the projects for Ansal, ITC Group, Malibu Towne, and World Trade Center etc. and has procured more than 1,000 acres of land for development. The Group planned & developed posh farm houses with world class landscaping in South Delhi for luxurious living in pollution free environment in 300 acres.

The suggestion from Jeet is appropriate, as a buyer / owner group you will have better say with the guilder. Secondly, try not have all your discussions on phone - use email/ registered post/ drop in minutes after discussion (with a note that builder is to revert if minutes inaccurate within xx days). You can also check remedy available from consumer forums & civil courts.

false details of project
ssgroup Omnia and plaza

The builder always gives false details of projects, fool the investors in all the projects from Almeria , coralwood, hibiscus, paladian, te leaf, plaza etc. Kindly the the details from a wide range of brokers and web site about the GUJJAR political leader. Many criminal complaints were there which are now not available on the website. In my case I am facing harassment as under and request to be aware of the pain and agony you be prepared to undergo in future just upon investing.
