No idea if there is a delay in possession. Recently I enquired about the project and it seems Phase I will get completed by September 2016 and Phase by end of this year.

Hi Srinivas, I think they have revised the prices. Right now the price of the apartment starts from Rs 81 lakhs and expected possession is by end of 2015.

Hey Aakash, Old Madras Road is developing rapidly. I feel the builder is quoting decent price more over project is also near to Whitefield. This can be a good bet if you planning for investment purpose.
