Brigade Golden Triangle is good but you can also consider Prestieg Tranquility where you can get resale at lesser price than brigade- no doubt Birgade is on the main road - but prestige is a bigger township.
Similar budget you can also consider
1. Skylark Itacha -Whitefield - better location
2. Asset Marq - Whitefield
3. Alchemy Urban Forest- Whitefield - near hope form
4. Prestige Lake Side habitat - near varthur lake

These properties also have good potential and capital appreciation.

Both the project as well as area are good for investment purpose. You can definitely except good appreciation in the coming days.

The price of the apartment starts from Rs 60 lakhs which is quite good :) :)

The expected possession date of the project is by December 2015. Yes it is a joint venture between Brigade Group and Krishil Capital. Only mixed use development in Old Madras Road (NH4). Residential + Orion Mall + Holiday Inn Hotel+ Signature Office towers. Live, Shop, Dine and Work

The Old Madras Road has its fair share of problems that majorly affect its functioning. Issues pertaining to traffic are suffered at the narrow bottleneck parts of this corridor. The maintenance of roads has become lax with unattended open potholes, dug up roads, and the dumping of excess mud and wastes along this road. The region also faces lack of good quality schools and colleges. The nearest reputed schools and colleges are in Indira Nagar and Whitefield.
