It seems you can negotiate with them and they have got all necesary approvals and construction pace is also good.

What is the rate per sqft they are quoting are they ready to negotiate? has the project got approval from banks and BBMP?

As far as i know they are quoting Rs 3350 per sqft and Rs 25 for floor rise.
