My 1185sq.ft 2BHK apartment in "Scintilla" built by "SPL Housing Pvt Ltd" in 2010 is available for resale. It is very near to "Rail Wheel Factory", Yelahanka. Swimming pool, lifts, security, maintenance staff, kids play area, gym, club house, car parking etc are amenities. All 82 flats in this 9 floor apartment-complex are occupied by educated middle-class families. Banks, schools, colleges, retail outlets, parks, state/national highway, hospitals, restaurants etc in vicinity. The price of a 1200 sqft plot will be around Rs 27 lakhs and if you are taking east facing plot will be around Rs 30 lakhs

The project is known to be approved by BIAPPA but they are not negotiating on the price they are quoting.

The project is located on the main Yelahanka - Doddaballapur Road in close proximity to the KIADB Industrial Area and the Apparel Park. The property has good road connectivity being situated on the State Highway 7.You can go ahead with this project if you are looking for long term investment.

For west facing plots the rate is Rs 2000 per sqft and for east facing plot it is Rs 2200.

Hi Karthik, Recently they have increased the price, the current price they are quoting is 2400/2200 for East and West facing plots respectively. Prices seem to have hiked recently at 200 per sft.

@Karthik, If you are going for group buying then definitely the builder will give you some discount or compensation on the price they are quoting. For discount you can talk with the builder directly.
