Ahh , see appreciation cant be imagined, but surely guessed. According to the price trend there are full chance for the price t shoot up by 40% within 3 years from now . Also the location, connectivity and the brand will push the price to go up. !!!

Project has various modern amenities like Garden, Swimming Pool, Play Area, Health Facilities, 24Hr Backup, Maintenance Staff, Security, Club House, Tennis Court, Gymnasium, Indoor Games, Community Hall etc.

And the project is expected to be completed by the end of 2016. or 2017 . Although i would like to request you that keep a grace period of 6 months also.

Yes, there are many banks like ICICI, Axis, SBI has approve the project. Hence you can go for a home loan.

Hi, this is one of the luxury project and the brand is very good. They come up with good interiors. The project is located in sector 104 Gurgaon. As we all know Gurgaon is of the good place among NCR for investment. The project and builder both are good, you can go ahead.

Yea the current price they are quoting Rs 8500 per sq ft for 5 bhk . They launched the project with Rs 4500 per sq ft. Hence the project is luxury project. The project has very good amenities which make the price worthwhile.
