We all know that before buying any property (invest or own use) ,we will definitely look in to track record of the builder.How many projects he has completed . Is this builder focusing on one location or spread his projects on other locations???

As per my knowledge builder is having 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartment with parking area. So Builder is charging 6,00,000/- for it.
EDC/IDC - Approx. 375/sq-ft. Maintenance Deposit- 50,000/- & Power backup 5 K.V.A- 50,000/- .

well Mahek, HDFC bank is financing for sure, i have not heard about other banks though... there ar many amenities that you find in this project like swimming pool, gym, VRV air conditioning, home automation, modular kitchen and wardrobes, security, ATM within campus etc....

Well Mahek, the project is bang on dwarka expressway and the IGI and Dwrka is just 7-8 kms away. the sector roads and roads in front of the project is quite done and you can see a lot of development happening here.. many good name s like puri, adani, mahindra, shoba , rahejas have project here that are in the initial stages and will be completed in the span of 3 years..

Hello Mahek, this is a luxurious apartments by the ATS group that is quite a good reputation in market for quality construction. the basic price is Rs 8500/sq ft and there are 2 sizes available in 3 bhk i.e 2290sq ft and 2900sqft. so the smallest size will cost approx 1.9Cr. The apartments are available under subvention scheme where in you just need to give 15 % now and rest on possession.

Hi Mahek, the builder has also promised a 100% buyback scheme for the buyers of this apartments. the basic price is Rs 8500 under the subvention scheme and after 3 years , should you wish to sell the apartment; developer will buy back at a rate of Rs 10 000/sq ft.
